GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION OF OPINIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

(hereinafter: "General Terms and Conditions")

Introductory provisions 

These general terms and conditions apply to every user who submits an opinion about a product on the website www.nonaluisa.com, managed by the company Nona Luisa - Katjuša Reja Mozetič s.p., with registered office at Kozana 33, 5212 Dobrovo v Brdih, registration number: 6793703000.

 Summary

Every user of the website www.nonaluisa.com can submit an opinion or evaluation about a particular product or service. The opinion is submitted by clicking on the "Write an opinion" button for each product on the website and then following the next steps.

All published reviews that contain a green tick are reviews for which Nona Luisa can confirm that the author of the review has actually purchased or tested the product. Opinions without a green tick are opinions for which Nona Luisa cannot confirm the purchase or use of the product.

The published opinion can no longer be changed or deleted by the author. If the author wants to change his comment or delete it, or if he has additional questions about the opinion, he can do so via e-mail info@nonaluisa.com or with a written notice sent to the address Nona Luisa - Katjuša Reja Mozetič s.p., Kozana 33, 5212 Dobrovo.

For any questions related to the protection of personal data, the author of the opinion can contact the e-mail address  info@nonaluisa.com.

Definitions of terms

Nona Luisa: This combines the activities that take place in the company Nona Luisa - Katjuša Reja Mozetič s.p., which also includes collecting, publishing and analyzing the opinions and ratings of users of Nona products Luisa.

User: A user within the meaning of these general terms and conditions is any person who has visited the website www.nonaluisa.com and/or has given an opinion about a specific product.

User's opinion or rating: This is the user's opinion or rating that Nona Luisa publishes on various media, mostly on the website www.nonaluisa.com, after rating or opinion already subject to moderation, review and approval by Nona Luisa. 

Green tick: This is a mark that is an integral part of the opinion or rating published on the website and means that Nona Luisa can confirm the purchase of a product or service from user. An opinion or rating without a green tick is an opinion in which Nona Luisa cannot confirm that the user has actually tried the product or service that is the subject of the evaluation.

Product or service: These are products and/or services of the Nona Luisa brand that are the subject of a user's opinion or evaluation. By services, we mainly mean consulting, sales, user assistance, delivery of products provided by Nona Luisa.


Publication of an opinion or rating: Publication of a user's opinion about a Nona Luisa product can be done on various media belonging to Nona Luisi, mostly on the website www.nonaluisa.com, but also on media belonging to third parties (eg: Facebook).

Opinion or rating moderation: User opinions and ratings are subject to a moderation process in accordance with the moderation rules below.


The purpose of collecting opinions and ratings

Collecting opinions and ratings makes it possible to:

  • the user of None Luise products and/or services shares his experience of None Luise products and/or services and thus becomes the author of an opinion or evaluation;
  • the user of the nonaluisa.com website sees the opinions of other users or testers and thus makes it easier to decide whether to purchase a certain Nona Luisa product or service;
  • Nona Luisa more easily highlights products and services that users like and love to buy and use;
  • Nona Luisa improves its products, services and operations based on users' wishes and opinions; and
  • Nona Luisa recognizes bad user experiences and tries to remedy them by contacting the user or changing its attitude towards customers.

Responsibility

In the published assessment and opinion, only the first name and initial of the author's surname or his nickname are visible.

Any opinion or rating published on the website www.nonaluisa.com remains in the same grammatical structure as communicated by the author, even if the opinion or evaluation of Non Luis is published on other channels of the company.

The author of the evaluation and opinion can exercise his rights by submitting his request to the email address info@nonaluisa.com or in writing to the address Kozana 90 A, 5212 Dobrovo.

Protection of personal data

For the efficient operation of the service of giving opinions on products and services, Nona Luisa must collect certain personal data of the author, otherwise mandatory data is the first and last name.

Nona Luisa uses the personal data obtained exclusively and only for the purpose of ensuring the functioning of the product and service evaluation service and in accordance with these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Nona Luisa. The obtained personal data will not be forwarded to third parties.

How to give an opinion or rating?

Users can submit their opinion or give an evaluation on the website www.nonaluisa.com by clicking on the "Write an opinion" button for each product on the website and following the next steps.

Submission of opinions or ratings through the website www.nonaluisa.com:

Users can provide an opinion and rating for each product available on the website by clicking the "Write an opinion" button at the bottom of the page, under the product. A new tab with the title opens »Share the experience", under which there are 5 stars. The user evaluates his shopping experience by marking stars from 1 to 5, which indicates the rating or satisfaction of the user on a scale from 1 to 5. By submitting an opinion and rating, the user agrees to these general terms and conditions, the privacy policy and confirms that the provided data true and accurate. To submit an opinion and rating on the website, the user must fill in the mandatory fields. Mandatory fields for submission of opinion and rating are: Name and surname and opinion. In addition to the mandatory fields, when submitting an opinion or rating, the user can also provide other information that enables a better analysis and processing of the opinion and rating, namely: e-mail address. In addition to the opinion, the user can also attach a photo.

The process of moderating an opinion or rating

Any opinion or rating is subject to verification by Nona Luisa. Verification takes place in three steps:

  1. Step → Collecting Opinions and Ratings: In this step, Nona Luisa offers each user the opportunity to rate the products and services of the Nona Luisa brand, as described above, free of charge.
  2. Step → Moderation: In this step, Nona Luisa ensures that all opinions and ratings, before being published on the website or in another medium, are reviewed in accordance with the rules and requirements listed below in these general conditions.
  3. Step → Publication of opinions and ratings: In this step, Nona Luisa ensures the publication of all opinions and ratings that meet the requirements and rules of these general terms and conditions and makes them available for inspection by all users.

The purpose of moderating opinions and ratings is for Nona Luisa to determine whether the given opinion and ratings correspond to the provisions of these general conditions and whether the given opinion or rating actually corresponds to the real experience of the user or the author of the opinion or rating. Moderation is done by Nona Luisa's manual team.

Each rating and opinion is moderated once a week. This deadline can be longer due to technical problems.

When using the Nona Luisa product and service evaluation service, certain rules must be followed, namely: Comments must be relevant, given in good faith and useful to users who wish to purchase a product or use a Nona Luisa branded service. The author can also suggest his ideas and suggestions for improving the product or service.

The author of the review may only include text in his review or opinion, which must contain his personal assessment based on actual experience or use of Nona Luisa products or services. The author may not copy or repeat comments written by a third party. 

By submitting a review and opinion, the author acknowledges and agrees that he has written a review about a product or service that he has actually tested or used.*

Validation and publication of opinions and evaluations is subject to predetermined moderation rules. An opinion or rating is rejected and not published if:

  • it is established that the product has not been used/tested or the service has not been performed;
  • the submitted opinion or evaluation does not contain information or is not related to the product or service for which it was submitted;
  • the submitted opinion or rating is "spam" (e.g. the rating has already been rejected several times or the same rating is given from different accounts);
  • the rating or opinion contains only a question from the user without a specific description of the product or service;
  • the opinion is inappropriate, offensive, incites racism and or otherwise constitutes a personal or public attack on a person, institution or legal entity;
  • the opinion or rating contains too many grammatical errors or has unclear meaning;
  • yes, an opinion or review with a commercial purpose, i.e. contains a link to another website or contains the name of another brand;
  • the opinion contains comments of a political, racist, xenophobic or defamatory nature;
  • a review of the rating or opinion shows an obvious disparity between the rating given and the comment;
  • the assessment is contrary to the applicable legislation;
  • rating or opinion may constitute a violation of the intellectual rights of third parties;
  • the opinion contains personal data or does not guarantee the anonymity of the author;
  • the opinion contains personal data (e-mail address, telephone number, bank account, etc.);
  • there is reasonable doubt as to the veracity or relevance of the comment.

If the submitted opinion or rating meets all moderation criteria, the opinion or rating will be published. 

If the submitted opinion or rating does not comply with the rules of moderation, i.e. it contradicts one or more of the above paragraphs, the opinion or rating will not be published.

*Nona Luisa reserves the right to publish reviews and comments for which it is not sure that the author actually purchased the product and/or service online. All reviews and comments for which Nona Luisa can confirm the purchase or use of the product contain a green tick. Comments and ratings without a green tick may be given by a person who either bought the product in a physical store or received it as a gift and used it, but this information cannot be verified by Nona Luisa.

Post an opinion or review

After the moderation process is completed and if the rating has been approved by Nona Luisa, the rating is published on the website www.nonaluisa.com. The opinion or rating may also be published on other websites owned by Nona Luisa or pages where the product will be promoted.

Product reviews and ratings are displayed on the website in order from newest to oldest.

The overall rating of the product is marked pictorially with stars and numerically with a number rounded to one decimal place. The rating is given in a range from 1 to 5 stars. The total rating is calculated as the average of all published ratings of the individual product. 

An opinion or rating about a Nona Luisa product or service, which Nona Luisa can confirm with certainty that the author of the opinion has used or purchased, contains a green tick.

All posted opinions and ratings allow website users to evaluate the usefulness of the posted opinion or rating.

    Delete a post

    Published opinions and ratings are deleted in the following cases:

    • if the product or service is no longer available on the website and in the physical store of Nona Luisa;
    • if the product or service has changed to such an extent that the published rating or opinion is no longer relevant for the particular product or service;
    • if the user requests deletion of the post;
    • if it is subsequently determined that the published assessment or opinion is not in accordance with these general conditions or the law.

    Further consideration of publication of opinion and assessment

    By submitting an opinion and evaluation, the author of the publication confirms that his opinion is publicly published and grants Nona Luisa the right to use, store, publish, translate, analyze, use, distribute and display the content of the announcement, in full or with an extract, and allows Nona Luisa to use the evaluation and opinion for all commercial purposes and advertising. This consent and Nona Luisa's right to publish reviews and opinions applies to all media, including the Internet, electronic mail (paper and/or online), point-of-sale advertisements, flyers, advertising, magazines, television and radio media, and similar media. This consent also expressly includes the right to appear on websites or platforms that are not owned by Nona Luisa and on which the evaluated product is advertised.

    By submitting a rating and opinion, the author agrees that Nona Luisa has the right to respond to the published rating and opinion. This response will be published publicly or will be reserved exclusively for the author of the review.

    Liability and Final Provisions

    Regardless of the above, Nona Luisa does not assume any responsibility in relation to published ratings and opinions (information, ratings, advice, opinions, recommendations, statements or other messages) given and published by users. The published ratings and opinions are the views of the users and not of Nona Luisa.

    Nona Luisa reserves the right to change or adapt these general conditions at any time. 

    By submitting an opinion and evaluation, the author agrees that he has read these general terms and conditions and accepts his rights and obligations based on these general terms and conditions.

    These general conditions come into force on the day of publication on the website www.nonaluisa.com and are valid until canceled or until new general conditions are published. These general terms and conditions replace the previous general terms and conditions, which cease to apply on the date of publication of these general terms and conditions.
