Terms and conditions of the photo contest "Memories from None Lucia" on Facebook

1. General provisions

The organizer of the photo contest “Memories from Nona Luisa” (hereinafter the photo contest) is Nona Luisa®, Katjuša Reja Mozetič s.p., Kozana 90a, 5212 Dobrovo (hereinafter the organizer). The photo contest will take place from August 11, 2021 to August 31, 2021 to 23:59 on the social network Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/NonaLuisaNatural. The photo contest is not sponsored by Facebook and is not affiliated with Facebook as a company. All information provided by the user in the photo contest is received by the organizer of the photo contest.

2. Conditions for participation in the photo competition

The Memories from Nona Luisa photo contest invites you to share your memories from visiting the Nona Luisa store in Šmartno. The photo can be taken outside or in a store.

All adults residing in the Republic of Slovenia can participate in the photo competition. Children under the age of 18 must obtain parental permission to participate in the photo contest.

To participate in the photo contest you need:

  1. Like it publication photo contest

  2. Post in the comments a selected photograph representing memories from the Nona Luis store in Šmartno

  3. Mark a person which would also wanted to participate in a photo contest

By posting a comment below the post of the photo contest, the entrant is deemed to agree to and agree to these rules. Each participant in the photo contest can submit several comments, but can only receive one prize. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant if he violates the rules of the photo contest or the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. 

3. The course of the photo competition and the announcement of the winners

Everyone, who likes the post, posts the selected photo in the comment and marks one person who would like to participate in the contest, participates in the prize draw. The draw of three photos will not be public. A record of the competition is kept on the participants, the number of applications received on time, and the selection of winners.

We will draw 3 photos:

  • 1. 9. 2021 we will draw one photo for the first prize, one photo for the second prize and one photo for the third prize. Participants in the draw will be all those who have met the conditions for participation by 23:59 of the previous day.

The names of the winners will be published in the comments below the photo contest on the day of the selection. By participating in the photo contest, all participants agree that we can publish their name from the profile with which he participated in this photo contest.

The prizes of the photo competition are:

  1. prize VOUCHER FOR 40 € (the winner chooses whether to use it in a physical store or in an online store)
  2. award versatile BAG NONA LUISA
  3. award versatile BAG NONA LUISA

4. Receiving prizes 

Winners must provide the exact address for delivery of the prize to the e-mail address within three (3) days after the announcement of the prize. info@nonaluisa.com or by private message. Transmission of all this information to the e-mail address is a condition for the award to the recipients.

Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, prizes are not transferable, it is not possible to exchange the prize.

Prizes will be sent to you by post within one week of receiving your information.

5. Report the award to the tax authority

As the value of the awarded prize does not exceed € 42, the winner is not obliged to provide his / her tax number. It is not necessary to register the prize in the tax base in the tax year.

6. Responsibility

The organizer does not take any responsibility for the non-functioning of the social network Facebook and the consequences of non-functioning, regardless of the reasons for non-functioning. The organizer does not assume any responsibility for non-functioning or incomplete functioning of the e-mail and internet connection of the participant or non-functioning of the service due to incorrect use or ignorance of the use of services. In case of circumstances beyond the control of the organizer (force majeure), the organizer may cancel the photo contest. He must inform the participants about this via the social network Facebook. In such a case, the participants are not liable for any damage.

 

 

7. Protection of personal data

The organizer will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of handing out prizes. The organizer undertakes that the data provided by the winners will not be handed over to a third party or otherwise used in contravention of the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, unless necessary for the implementation of the photo contest or. direct marketing.

In case of a dispute between the organizer and the participant, the court in Nova Gorica has jurisdiction.
