Calendula and lavender ointment perfectly moisturizes the skin, softens it and protects it from drying out. The product is rated as safe for use by children, so it has the Baby Safe label.

  

It is also suitable for the care of dry areas of the skin (hands, feet, elbows, lips).

    

The ointment does not contain water or other fillers, so it is enough to apply a small amount to the skin.

The selected mixture of natural oils and butters helps the skin to improve the skin's defense mechanism in a short time. At the same time, it stimulates the functioning of the skin.

Ingridients

Olive oil

Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is an indispensable ingredient in all our cosmetic products, as it has a very beneficial effect on our skin due to its composition. It softens the skin, moisturizes it, protects it and helps prevent the formation of wrinkles. Especially suitable for sensitive, dry and mature skin.

Marigold

Calendula or Calendula officinalis has been used since time immemorial to care for dry rough skin. Calendula has a very wide spectrum of action: it relieves swelling, is an immunostimulant and astringent. In addition, it is gentle enough to be suitable for use on even the most delicate and sensitive skin. The active compounds in marigold are flavonoids, essential oil, triterpenes, carotenoids, vitamins and saponins.

 

Coconut oil

Saponified coconut oil is an effective antimicrobial and antioxidant that also nourishes and soothes the skin. It contains a lot of lauric acid and its derivative monolaurin. Monolaurin is also found in breast milk and protects the baby from infections. Therefore, monolaurin, together with lauric acid, is successful in the fight against various bacteria. Refined coconut oil contains less of these active ingredients, so it effectively inhibits the growth of microorganisms.

 

Beeswax

Beeswax is produced by worker bees, who must consume more than 8 kg of honey to produce 1 kg of wax. That is why there are so many caring ingredients in the wax. Research has shown that beeswax contains over 300 ingredients. It is an indispensable ingredient in the production of natural cosmetics. Gives the skin elasticity, protects it from drying out. Beeswax has components that inhibit the growth of microorganisms. At the same time, it gives the product the right structure and consistency.

 

Shea Butter

Raw shea butteris also one of the indispensable ingredients in natural cosmetics. It is enriched with vitamins, antioxidants and polyphenols that protect the skin. It does not leave a greasy feeling when applied. Shea butter is also the only fat that contains the compound allantoin. Allantoin protects the top layer of the skin.

  

Lavender essential oil

Lavender essential oil is an active aromatherapy ingredient. The essential oil of true lavender Lavandula angustifolia, which we obtain ourselves from purified lavender flowers by steam distillation, is one of the most commonly used oils in aromatherapy. Numerous studies have confirmed that the oil consists of over 160 ingredients that act synergistically on various receptors in our body. The known effects of lavender oil are primarily that it accelerates relaxation, reduces the feeling of anxiety, relieves depression, insomnia, allergies, eczema, menstrual cramps and nausea. It is one of the safest essential oils, so it is suitable even for people with the most sensitive skin.

 

Vitamin E

Natural Vitamin E (Tochopherol) is an antioxidant and as such prevents oils and butters from becoming rancid. In addition, it protects the skin from free radicals. The product contains vitamin E of completely natural origin, obtained from plants (not from GMOs), and not synthetically made Tocopherol acetate.

Usage

• Although all products are natural, people with particularly sensitive skin (e.g. to essential oils) should test the products on an unexposed area of ​​the skin first.

• Store at room conditions.

• At higher temperatures, it can become more liquid, due to the presence of coconut butter, which is in a liquid aggregate state at temperatures above 25 °C.

• The ointment is only suitable for external use.
