Aloe vera and raspberry smoothie recipe

Pure Aloe vera gel can also be consumed, but it does not have a very pleasant taste. That is why it is most often added as a superfood to various drinks. The quantities should be moderate and sensible, mainly because of the laxative effect.

Aloe vera and raspberry smoothie recipe
For 2 people we need:
- 30 ml of Aloe vera gel (to prepare the gel, see Recipe for preparation of Aloe vera gel and storage)
- banana
- lemon juice (from half a lemon)
- a cup of raspberries (they can be frozen)
Put all the ingredients in the blender and start it. If you want, you can sweeten the smoothie with stevia, maple syrup or honey (to stick to a healthy drink 😉). You can dilute the smoothie with water or ice cubes if all the ingredients are fresh.
