Lavender essential oil
Lavender essential oil is an active aromatherapy ingredient. Real lavender essential oil Lavandula angustifolia, which we obtain ourselves from purified lavender flowers by steam distillation, is one of the most commonly used oils in aromatherapy. Numerous studies have confirmed that the oil consists of over 160 ingredients that act synergistically on various receptors in our body. The known effects of lavender oil are primarily that it accelerates relaxation, reduces the feeling of anxiety, relieves depression, insomnia, allergies, eczema, menstrual cramps and nausea.
Orange essential oil
Sweet orange essential oil is obtained by cold pressing orange peels. The sweet-fresh smell of orange evokes pleasant feelings, which is why this oil is also very popular in aromatherapy. It works as an antiseptic. It has a calming and optimistic effect on the psyche, so it is used for anxiety, nervousness and insomnia.
Pine needle essential oil
In aromatherapy, this oil is said to help with relaxation due to fatigue and nervousness. In general, it has a strengthening, invigorating, warming and cleansing effect.

Usage
