Dead cells that accumulate on the epidermis give the appearance of dirty and tired skin. Additionally, they clog pores, which are important for the healthy functioning of the skin. The scrub relieves the skin, cleanses it, and also inhibits aging. By exfoliating dead cells, the skin appears visibly rejuvenated, as new cells come to the surface. Furthermore, other care products are absorbed better and have a greater effect.

SCRUB

Unrefined cane sugar, magnesium salt, and sea salt are natural ingredients that exfoliate dead skin in the scrub both mechanically and chemically. Brown sugar contains glycolic acid, which is the smallest AHA acid and is therefore the most effective for chemical exfoliation of the skin.

DETOX

The role of the skin is extremely important in detoxifying our body, as it is ourlargest organ involved in the process of eliminating toxins. The Detox cream scrub contains natural ingredients that actively assist in this process both externally and internally.

Clay and activated charcoal have a high absorption capacity and bind impurities. Magnesium salt (magnesium sulfate) not only provides mechanical exfoliation but also plays an important role in detoxifying the body. Research has shown that both magnesium and sulfate ions are well absorbed by the skin and actively participate in numerous metabolic processes in our body. Selected essential oils of grapefruit, black pepper, cypress, sweet fennel, and thyme not only smell wonderfully beautiful in the product but also accelerate the secretion of enzymes that are important for detoxification.

CREAM

The ingredients in the scrub, when rinsed with water, form a creamy emulsion, which we gently massage into the skin at the end. Raw plant oils and butters are mixed with natural emulsifiers, which combine with water to create a rich cream, making their effect moisturizing and nourishing. Because these ingredients are unrefined, they are rich in antioxidants and nutrients that the skin readily absorbs after exfoliation. This way, the skin will be beautifully nourished, protected, and hydrated.

Due to rapid and visible rejuvenation it is also suitable for anyone who wants to slow down the aging processes with anti-aging effects, as well as for anyone who wants to perform anti-cellulite treatments for the summer season, as it optimally prepares the skin for the absorption of nutrients. It is enough to apply it 1 x a week on dry skin. You perform the scrub for a few minutes. Once the salt and sugar grains cleanse the epidermis, the detox effect will start to work. Ingredients

Activated charcoal

Activated charcoal is of plant origin, obtained from coconut shells. It binds impurities and toxins.

Brown sugar

Brown sugar contains glycolic acid, which is the smallest AHA acid by size and is therefore the most effective for chemical exfoliation of the skin.

Clay

Clay binds impurities and toxins.

Shea butter

Unrefined shea butter is also one of the essential ingredients in natural cosmetics. It is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and polyphenols that protect the skin. It does not leave a greasy feeling upon application. Shea butter is also the only fat that contains the compound allantoin. Allantoin protects the outer layer of the skin.

Usage

Before use

• The product contains shea butter, which is pressed from nuts, so people with nut allergies should first test the product on a smaller area of less exposed skin.

• People with sensitive skin should first test the product on a smaller area of less exposed skin.

• The product contains natural butters and waxes that can soften at higher temperatures (above 60 °C), so the product may slightly change structure at higher temperatures. It is also characteristic of butters that they can crystallize due to frequent heating and cooling, which we feel in the balm as tiny grains. Therefore, the product has not lost quality, as these are just physical changes.

• Exfoliating the skin is recommended once a week, but we should listen to our skin regarding intensity and frequency.

• Some skin requires a coarser and more frequent scrub, while others need a gentler and less frequent one.

• Although the feel and appearance of the skin after scrubbing is immediately better, one should not overdo scrubs, as excessive exfoliation can disrupt the skin's protective barrier.

Usage

We first dissolve the detox scrub between our palms so that the grains adhere better to the skin.

We apply the scrub to dry skin. For a gentle mechanical scrub, we first moisten the skin. The salt and sugar grains dissolve in water and lose their abrasive function. 

We apply the scrub in circular motions from bottom to top: we start at the bottom, at the feet, and continue upwards towards the torso, finishing at the hands. We avoid excessive rubbing on the chest. The scrub is not suitable for the face because it is too coarse.

We rub the scrub for quite some time to allow the detox ingredients to take effect.

Finally, we rinse off the scrub.

Gently rub the cream emulsion that forms into the cleansed skin.
