Maderoetherapy is a body massage using wooden tools.

The wavy massage roller is particularly suitable for performing maderotherapy on the feet. We use it to encourage the dissolution of fat cells. Therefore, the appearance of small spots in the form of bruises is normal.

Massage with a roller is performed according to feeling. Roll from bottom to top. The recommended time for makingerotherapy is up to 30 minutes on one part of the body (e.g. legs).

The goal is to achieve redness on the skin with rolling, followed by a feeling of warmth or itching, which indicates that the lymph has started to work.

The first few maderotherapies must be performed gently to avoid major bruising. Later, the power of maderotherapy can be increased. If the bruises are large, we have to give the body time to regenerate, so then we stop with maderotherapy.

The body usually starts to respond after the 6th maderotherapy, so we have to take some time for the results. It is recommended that maderotherapy is performed every 2nd day so that the body can regenerate in between.
